Absolutely nothing. NO HOT WATER. The website is VERY misleading. Not safe for families at all. No room service (food) or spa services as noted on website. This is NOT a retreat. Please don’t be fooled. Please stay away from this property

So far away from anything. Ants in the tea & sugar. PowerPoints less than a meter from the ‘pool’. Unsafe - there is NO security and no staff after 9pm. No contact on WhatsApp even after messaging multiple times. We lasted two nights out of 10 and had to re book elsewhere. They gave us $11 back for ‘compensation’ not air con in main living area.

We had such a great time staying at The Seven Residence with the family. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help, and the management even arranged some tours for us which made exploring Bali really easy. The villa itself was very comfortable, with a private pool right in the living room which was super fun. We also enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop seating area, especially in the evenings. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, and having two bathrooms was very convenient. The location was perfect too, close to Seminyak’s beaches, restaurants, and shops, but still quiet enough to relax. We would definitely stay here again!

I did not like anything about the accommodation What I only liked are the photos on the Booking app

1- The place is full of mosquitoes. 2- The place is far from daily services and needs. 3 - Kitchen water that has an unusable filter and has a sewage smell. 4- The hall does not have air conditioning. 5- The bath water is difficult to use, it is only very hot or very cold, and the brushes are worn out. 6- The cleaning team comes late and the work is not serious or well done so that I can see them. 7- The kitchen has incomplete equipment and is not complete. Note: The agreement was that they would receive me from the airport and return to the airport for free, but on the last day, when I was going to the airport, the driver told me that I had to pay 350 thousand rupees for the delivery.
